Does On Purpose Leadership Inc. design, organize and manage events in any particular geographic area?

Response: ur clients come from across Canada, and we even have a couple US clients. Basically we work in the English Speaking world and for some of our work we can accommodate other languages.

Do you offer courses in specific cities?

Response:
Our courses are offered in many cities across Canada and we have even offered a few in the US. Mostly we work for client organizations designing and delivering training and development programs for their staff at all levels and for delivery in various venues across the country.

Do you have facilitators in one city or in different cities?

Response:
Our team of seasoned professionals (facilitators and agents) are located in different cities across Canada. We deploy them to various locations across Canada and the US, our first priority is to match the facilitator who will bring the best to the project at hand. So we try not to allow geography to determine who supports which client and or project.

Question:
Do you offer only certain types of programs?

Response:
We do our best work when we can work with our clients to clearly understand their goals, identify their strategic issues and design an optimum solution for their circumstances. Sometimes that means relying on a program we have already designed with minor customization and other times it means designing a solution from scratch, a solution unique the client and the situation.

I see you do behaviour and Values profiles. Are these available in English only?

Response:
Our profiles and assessments are available in 23 languages. We have a network of colleagues who can assist us with delivery and facilitation in over 52 countries.
