The Process and Methodology

In general our course content, processes, concepts and approaches is influenced by the works of respected individuals - thought leaders - in key subject areas. (Brian Tracy, Ken Blanchard, Abraham Maslow, Peter Drucker, Stephen Covey, John Kotter, Fisher & Ury, Kirkpatrick, Gange, Kolb and many others.

Pivotal conversations with clients serve as a base from which we identify an approach for the unique situation of each client. Through this process we establish the structured program. Through the structured program the participants will be exposed to the latest thinking on key subjects relating to managerial and leadership effectiveness. Each of which is covered clearly and with practical action ideas that can be applied immediately. Programs can cover the range from strategic thinking through to team-building, managing, motivating, decision-making, negotiation, personal productivity, performance and enhanced results.

Each candidate is introduced to processes and models for managing high performance. Through engagement in observable exercises and interactions candidates will:
  • Understand key elements of their own behaviour and communication styles;
  • Explore and develop new skills;
  • Learn how to improve constructive communication and performance discussions between manager, colleagues, supervisors, technical staff and employees;
  • Understand the link between training, coaching and performance improvement;
  • Develop key strategies and “Action Commitments” for implementation.
